RIO SAN JUAN/ SAN JUAN RIVER

The San Juan River, tributary of the Genil River, is the subject of many excursions through Sierra Nevada. From the delightful cascades of its final stretch, at 1200 m. altitude, near the Estrella pathway, a former mule path that carried the iron extracted fron the mines. Gone was the Sierra tram which left near, over there, until the '70s, on the Maitena station . Or the tour of the Morra, a relic of an ancient frontal moraine of a now defunct glacial, with origin at the Corral del Veleta, at over 2600 m.

hi, thank you. i had a very happy new year and i'll make it prosperous :)

i wish you all the bests as well. more power to your photography.

by the way, i like the streams/river/water shots a lot. when i was young, i saw sort of pics like them from post cards and i collect them. i post them on my wall and look at them thinking of nothing...just feeling it. it was wonderful. seeing your pictures now, made me feel those moments in my younger age :)

thanks for sharing them. keep posting. they're so much worth watching :)
